Craigwells was founded by Felix and Simon, two friends who met at their local tennis club and discovered a shared passion for doing things properly. After experiencing too many poor examples of property service and workmanship, they decided to create a company that put reliability, craftsmanship, and personal service first.

With Simon’s 15+ years running a successful lawn care franchise, and Felix’s background in high-end furniture design and bespoke interiors, Craigwells brings together business expertise and hands-on craftsmanship. It’s this balance — practical experience and design-led thinking — that defines how we work.

Based in Wandsworth, Southwest London, we offer a complete range of property services, from general maintenance and decorating to bespoke furniture and garden studios.
